Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Carry your own pipeline and sales targets while you coach the senior account executives around you
• Help onboard new reps during their first week, then support them through their three-month ramp
• Track each rep's daily activity and monthly results. When someone falls behind, flag it early to
• Run call reviews and demo practice. Give specific feedback on live calls the same day.
• On complex deals, step in to help reps handle tough objections, negotiate terms, and close.
• Keep your own activity, deals, and customer notes current in the CRM, and help the team do the same.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales experience
• A record of hitting or beating your targets in a high-activity inside sales role
• Hands-on cold outbound experience. You can teach it and do it.
• Clear communication on the phone and in demos, plus solid negotiation skills
• Comfort with a CRM and pipeline reporting
• Good organization and attention to detail

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000
• Variable pay: $60,000
• On-target earnings: $145,000, including the company performance bonus
