📋 Description

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for LATAM higher ed.
  • Collaborate with CRO to define regional sales strategy and prioritize accounts.
  • Develop strategic account plans to expand EdTech adoption.
  • Build relationships with universities at executive level (academic/admin/IT).
  • Attend regional events and conferences for sales demos.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in EdTech SaaS sales (SIS/LMS/CRM).
  • Proven LATAM HE sales success, Colombia focus.
  • Experience with executives, administration, and academic leadership.
  • Consultative sales with long-term account management.
  • Deep LATAM EdTech ecosystem knowledge (Colombia).
  • CRM proficiency: Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
