🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
5–8+ years pharma sales experience
2–3+ years leadership experience preferred
Strong sales background, with a proven track record of achieving targets
Previous people management experience is preferred
Experience in specialty care or launch environment is a strong advantage
