Sales Manager (Kazakh-speaking)

📋 Description

• Contact assigned leads via phone, email, and approved messaging channels
• Understand prospective clients’ needs and explain the company’s services, account types, and
• Guide clients through registration, account verification, platform access, and their first deposit
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients and address questions and objections
• Work towards agreed targets for lead conversion and first-time deposits while maintaining service
• Explain available deposit methods and work with the relevant internal teams to resolve

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or account management within a fintech company
• Experience working with clients from Kazakhstan and understanding their common needs
• A proven track record of managing leads and meeting conversion or first-time deposit targets
• Good communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Fluent Kazakh and Russian, both written and spoken, with basic English
• Understanding of financial products, account conditions, and digital platforms
