📋 Description

• Support your region as a Regional Sales Manager and individual contributor
• Lead client and prospect meetings and coordinate with internal resources
• Collaborate on sales opportunities, pipelines, forecasts and efficiencies
• Coach, mentor and develop the sales team to high performance
• Partner with internal stakeholders and executive team to develop strategies to meet the organization's goals
• Direct implementation of sales policies and practices

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of app security concepts and tools such as SAST DAST SCA
• 10+ years leading enterprise security software sales teams
• Background in Risk, Compliance, and Security offerings
• Proven track record building and leading results driven sales teams
• Strong coaching and development for high performing teams
• High integrity and proactive leadership with client focus
