🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years in BDR/SDR or outbound-focused role
• Strong research and prospect profiling skills
• Experience with digital-native companies
• Familiarity with the digital marketing sector is a plus
• Experience targeting mid-market and small companies and agencies in DACH
• Excellent networking and German/English communication (C1+)
