Sales Manager / Sales Director

📋 Description

• Identify new sales opportunities (direct & agencies) and convert to RTB House customers
• Acquire, build, and grow accounts from prospecting to close
• Develop relationships with key advertisers and agencies
• Collaborate with marketing, AM, and technical teams to align with customers
• Meet revenue goals per the sales plan and expand new customers
• Deliver CRM-driven relationships, satisfaction, and interaction

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3-year sales experience in a B2B environment
• Persuasion, exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
• Successful experience utilizing CRM to manage sales pipeline
• Good understanding of the online advertising industry, performance marketing, and RTB model
• Business level English and Korean
