📋 Description

• Execute sales strategy in SEA, Australia, New Zealand and Taiwan
• Deliver budgeted revenue, profitability targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with multicultural team to optimize products/applications
• Promote products, develop new customers, support on-site visits
• Manage customer expectations on technical projects
• Use CRM (Salesforce) for opportunities and contacts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with 10+ years B2B biotech sales
• Active field salesperson with track record in technical product/ingredient sales
• Excellent biotech applications knowledge (Pharma, Food & Feed, bio-ingredients, renewables)
• Team player with strong communication in a multicultural setting
• Understanding of APAC distribution channels
• Project management skills and proactive learning mindset
