• Own Harry’s Hair and Lume at Walmart US; manage merchant relations and forecasting.
• Lead Mammoth Brands at Walmart Canada; primary contact for Canadian merchants.
• Develop and execute Annual Business Plans delivering revenue and profit targets.
• Build relationships with Walmart merchants; data-driven storytelling; category leader.
• Partner with digital commerce to improve Walmart.com; support retail media planning.
• Manage brand P&L and trade funding (VCI); balance investments with guardrails.

• CPG sales pro with P&L; cross-functional; outcomes-driven.
• Walmart experience preferred; understands Walmart decisions and merchant relationships.
• Digitally literate; pulls ecommerce data; understands retail media; Walmart.com/Amazon.
• Strong analytical thinker; turns data into actionable insights.
• Self-starter; proactive; scopes priorities; drives projects with minimal hand-holding.
