• Lead Walmart Canada across the full Mammoth Brands portfolio.
• Develop Annual Business Plans to hit revenue and profit targets.
• Build data-driven stories for Walmart merchants.
• Collaborate with digital commerce to optimize Walmart.com and retail media.
• Manage brand P&L and trade funding within guardrails.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales/CPG with P&L ownership.
• Walmart experience preferred; understands merchant decisions.
• Data-literate; comfortable with ecommerce data and retail media basics.
• Strong analytical thinker; convert data to actionable insights.
• Proactive, self-driven; delivers projects with minimal handholding.
• Clear communicator; cross-functional collaborator.
