  • 8+ years in sales, BD, or account mgmt selling data/SaaS/API solutions.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Climate/weather domain knowledge or experience selling data-driven transformations.
  • Consultative, value-based selling with strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in tech field.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha.
