🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CPP, PSP, CPO, IOSH/NEBOSH Safety Certification)
• Proven experience (3+ years) in retail security, loss prevention or physical security
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, security technologies, risk assessment methods and
• Solid understanding of health & safety legislation and crisis response protocols
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
