📋 Description

• Designing world-class commercial (sales & marketing) training programs
• Developing training content in collaboration with internal and external experts
• Defining training paths to scale up the knowledge & skills in marketing and sales
• Delivering training or providing operational support to the regions
• Maintaining digital tools hosting content/guiding learning paths, leveraging AI and innovative
• Providing technical support and expertise to subsidiaries for projects and support activities

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in sales & marketing (master's degree or equivalent), with at least 8 years of
• Proven track record designing & delivering training programs
• Experience with sales team development & performance management
• Ability to work in a matrix organization within lean structures in multi-cultural environment
• A combination of leadership and hands-on technical skills
• Fluent in English, essential for working in an international environment. Spanish would be a plus
