Sales / Marketing Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own CRM administration, data quality, and reporting for sales and marketing
• Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, campaigns, and funnel metrics
• Support sales and marketing process design as GTM scales
• Manage marketing and sales tool stack, integrations, and data flows
• Partner with sales and marketing leadership to fix process bottlenecks
• Support list management and lead routing for campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations
• Strong CRM administration skills (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and dashboarding tools
• Process-oriented, with a track record improving operational efficiency
• Clear communication skills across sales, marketing, and leadership
