  • Provide strategic, operational support to Public Sector sales leaders
  • Own monthly sales pipeline KPIs (visits, leads, opportunities, etc)
  • Manage pipeline budget and forecast; analyze variance vs plan
  • Support territory carving and GTM planning to optimize coverage
  • Implement early warning systems for churn, pipeline, pricing
  • Collaborate with Area VPs, Finance, and Marketing to address growth gaps

🎯 Requirements

  • 2 years in Sales Ops/Strategy/FP&A in SaaS with GTM exposure
  • Structure complex problems; craft exec-ready recommendations
  • Forecast bookings and build scenario models
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power user
  • Familiar with Tableau or BI tools
