  • Proficiency building dashboards in HubSpot and Excel/Sheets; advanced spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC; deliverability monitoring.
  • Experience with outbound GTM tools: HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, JustCall.
  • High attention to detail; clear written communication; ownership mindset.
