  • Lead revenue cadence: forecasting, churn, and pipeline health.
  • Partner with CRO and VP, GTM Ops on focus areas, narrative, and talking points.
  • Leverage AI tools (Claude, Clari AI) to derive insights from pipeline and forecast.
  • Serve as SME on the Clari Platform.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows across Sales Operations.
  • Oversee end-of-quarter/year activities and publish sales metrics.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years in analytics roles (Sales Ops, Business Ops, Customer Success, or related fields).
  • Advanced proficiency in Claude, Notion, Salesforce, Excel, Clari, and PowerPoint required.
  • Experience using AI tools in day-to-day analytics and exec communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executives.
  • Experience partnering directly with VP-level leaders or above.
