Sales Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day execution and customer success for assigned accounts, serving as a trusted partner
• Drive forecasting, supply planning, and service performance to ensure customer needs are met and
• Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to align priorities and
• Monitor account performance, contract commitments, and key business metrics while communicating
• Take increasing ownership of customer relationships and business results as you grow into larger

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, supply chain, commercial
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter mentality with a desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
