Sales Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Architect GTM stack configuration and governance (Salesforce, Openprise, Clay).
• Design AI-driven automations to source, enrich, and route accounts.
• Manage GTM tools lifecycle from vendor selection to provisioning.
• Build data pipelines to source and enrich new accounts.
• Establish data quality governance and integrity across platforms.
• Lead cross-functional data projects for TAM enrichment and segmentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce admin in a complex, fast-paced env (certs a plus).
• Experience with Openprise, Clay, or Tray.io.
• Experience managing sales data tech stack.
• Experience deploying AI-powered tools/workflows in Sales Ops.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills (Looker/Tableau/Python/Excel).
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
