Sales Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Lead GTM tech stack config and governance (Salesforce, Openprise, Clay).
• Build AI-powered automations to source, enrich, and route accounts.
• Manage GTM tools lifecycle from vendor selection to provisioning.
• Create scalable data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment workflows.
• Establish data governance policies and cross-platform alignment.
• Redesign opportunity management and renewal/expansion flows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce admin experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Openprise, Clay, and/or Tray.io.
• Experience managing the sales data tech stack end-to-end.
• Experience with AI-powered tools/workflows in GTM Ops.
• Strong analytics and reporting: Looker, Tableau, Python, and/or Excel.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
