Sales Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own phone and text deliverability, manage spam-flag rates, number health, local presence, branded
• Own systems and tooling, configure dialers, integrations, and link/UTM tracking
• Build and maintain lead routing and distribution including speed-to-lead rules, cadence automation
• Own tracking and attribution for calls, links, and purchases
• Own reporting and dashboards, ensure data accuracy and availability
• Run testing infrastructure with proper setup and measurement

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years in sales ops, rev ops, or technical operations role supporting inside sales or
• Experience configuring phone systems, dialers, and CRMs
• Experience fixing spam-flagging or text-blocking problems
• Experience building trustworthy reports in spreadsheets
• Understanding of A2P 10DLC, deliverability, and calling/texting compliance
• Attention to detail, notice when a number is wrong
