Sales Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) release cycles including UAT Prep and
• Collaborate with DT to review and report out Quote or Booking-related incidents, identify root
• Participate in backlog prioritization meetings, leveraging data analysis and stakeholder feedback
• Foster strong relationships with sales, deals desk, finance, legal, DT, and other stakeholders to
• Act as a point of contact for sales ops teams regarding quoting processes and tools, providing
• Support developing and updating process documentation related to sales operations and quoting

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B environment
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of quoting processes and tools
