Sales Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day operational management of regional distributors, emerging channels, select
• Coordinate customer onboarding, item setup, distributor management, order and inventory execution
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Shopper Marketing, Customer Service
• Support commercialization and launch readiness for new products and packaging changes
• Identify and resolve execution gaps related to orders, shipping, logistics, inventory availability
• Maintain accurate customer, distributor, product, and program information across internal systems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management
• Demonstrated experience onboarding new customers
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with supply chain and operations
• Familiarity with syndication tools such as Syndigo/1WorldSync, Salsify, or similar platforms
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ownership experience in end-to-end sales process tracking
