Sales Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own phone and text deliverability by monitoring spam-flag rates, maintaining healthy numbers
• Troubleshoot call blocking, text delivery issues, number reputation, and other
• Manage and configure sales systems and tooling, including dialers, power lists, CRM integrations
• Build and maintain lead-routing and distribution workflows, including speed-to-lead rules
• Own tracking and attribution across calls, links, subscriptions, and purchases, ensuring that
• Maintain the underlying data and definitions behind sales dashboards, ensuring that pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a technical operations role
• Comfortable configuring phone systems, dialers, CRMs, and sales technology directly.
• Practical experience troubleshooting phone spam flagging, SMS blocking, deliverability problems, or
• Highly comfortable working with spreadsheets, operational data, reporting, and dashboards.
• Understanding of phone and messaging compliance concepts such as A2P 10DLC, consent management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies, incorrect data, broken
