Onboard new clients; prepare pricing proposals for Costco buying
Daily PO tracking; GenWeb portal updates
Resolve logistics delays and order shortages; communicate with Costco
Maintain timely communication with Costco and clients; stay responsive to real-time needs
Develop and maintain relationships with Costco ICS and buyers

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of post-secondary education (Bachelor’s preferred)
3+ years in the CPG industry
Costco buying/selling experience in food & beverage
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
Data analytics experience
