Sales Operations Manager (Enablement)

📋 Description

• Design 30/60/90 onboarding and ramp plans for new Sellers and AMs to quota.
• Own ongoing development: trainings, certifications, and performance.
• Create/maintain enablement assets: decks, playbooks, battle cards.
• Lead workshops, role-plays, and certification sessions for skill consistency.
• Partner with GTM, Sales Ops, Product, and Marketing to align with launches.
• Define metrics (ramp time, win rate, quota) and optimize via data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years in sales enablement, training, revenue ops, or GTM.
• 1+ year designing onboarding/training for sales or account teams.
