Sales Operations Manager (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a global team of 80+ staff with performance oversight
• Design and implement end-to-end sales operations workflows
• Own and maintain team structure documentation and ownership clarity
• Drive continuous improvement via process redesign initiatives
• Oversee CRM and sales enablement platforms, dashboards, and pipeline visibility
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Intake for cross-functional harmony

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales operations, client services, or business operations
• Led large teams (80+ individuals), including offshore and remote staff
• Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and process automation
• Fluent or highly proficient in Spanish is strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution and rigor
