📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end merchant and corporate customer onboarding processes, including KYB
• Execute end-to-end corporate gift card order operations, including order validation, pricing and
• Manage post-sales operational requests from corporate customers, B2B2C partners and internal sales
• Coordinate invoicing, payment collection, account reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
• Implement operational controls to prevent duplicate orders, incorrect code issuance, unauthorized
• Monitor operational performance and service level agreements (SLAs) across sales channels

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Min 6 years of experience in corporate customer management and sales (preferably worked in loyalty
• Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex
• Self-motivated, results driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving your targets
• Proven track record in ability to generate business
• Good network in the channels as well as the key customers on the market
