📋 Description

• Design and run QA and compliance programs in Sales Ops.
• Ensure process adherence, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead audits, data analysis, controls testing, and remediation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to reduce risk.
• Build dashboards and automated checks for monitoring.
• Support external audits and maintain audit trails.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Customer Service Quote-to-Cash operations.
• 4+ years in sales ops, internal audit, compliance, or finance ops.
• Proven experience auditing sales processes, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), or CPQ.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL, advanced Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Ability to drive cross-functional change with Sales, Finance, Legal, IT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present findings to executives.
