Sales Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Generate, review, and distribute invoices on schedule.
• Monitor accounts receivable; follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Collaborate with Accounting on credits and customer adjustments.
• Maintain pricing data in billing systems; flag discrepancies.
• Assist with billing close tasks and reporting distribution.
• Gather customer docs to support credit evaluations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Sales/Revenue/Finance Ops (SaaS preferred).
• Experience supporting billing, invoicing, and customer lifecycle.
• CRM and financial systems experience (HubSpot, QuickBooks, NetSuite, PandaDocs).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management.
• Ability to learn new software quickly; ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• VMS knowledge or CLM/workflow tools a plus.
