Sales Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices on schedule.
• Monitor accounts receivable; follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Collaborate on credits and account adjustments with approvals.
• Maintain pricing data; flag discrepancies across systems.
• Onboard customers and activate accounts via established workflows.
• Track renewals and support renewal processes with teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Ops, or similar.
• Experience supporting billing, invoicing, and customer lifecycle processes.
• Strong CRM and financial systems experience (HubSpot, QuickBooks, NetSuite, PandaDocs).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management tools.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and maintain data accuracy across platforms.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management or workflow automation is a plus.
