  • Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices on schedule.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on aging invoices.
  • Collaborate with Accounting on credits and customer adjustments.

  • Execute onboarding intake and activation for new customers.
  • Coordinate handoffs between Sales, Finance, Legal, and others.

  • 3โ€“5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Ops, or similar.
  • Experience with billing, invoicing, and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management tools.
  • CRM/financial systems knowledge; HubSpot, QuickBooks, NetSuite, PandaDocs preferred.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and maintain data accuracy.
  • Experience with credits, adjustments, and contract lifecycle management.
