📋 Description

• Serve as a frontline resource for the sales organization by answering questions, resolving issues
• Partner with RevOps leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical
• Document, maintain, and optimize sales operations workflows so teams can work with greater clarity
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, implement sales technology enhancements, and reduce

🎯 Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role supporting
• You have experience with Salesforce and billing processes.
• You bring strong attention to detail and a clear commitment to process accuracy and data integrity.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
• You communicate clearly in writing and conversation, and you can manage competing priorities while
