Own RC Capital customer lifecycle end-to-end
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, Finance, Marketing
Handle discovery calls, client escalations, fraud-risk reviews
Manage CRM campaigns and onboarding workflows
Balance multiple tasks across discovery, onboarding, risk, and support

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in client-facing sales/account/support
1-2 years in marketing/growth, CRM outreach
Proven ability to close/manage many client relationships
Comfort with ambiguity and cross-functional work
Familiar with AI tools and building automations
Strong CRM/analytics experience (Salesforce, Notion, Linear, Zendesk/Intercom, GA)
