Sales Operations Specialist - Channel

📋 Description

• Manage tickets across accounting, billing, licensing, CRM, and renewals.
• Coordinate order troubleshooting with DEV and Product teams.
• Build and update promotion profiles; manage expiring promos.
• Track and approve Ingram MPO2CNT requests in Connect.
• Monitor order errors, duplicates, and credit requests.
• Update opportunities redirected through distribution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 3-5 years in software product or project management
• Experience coordinating and operational support
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• CRM knowledge (Dynamics, Salesforce) preferred
