  • Use Salesforce.com to generate quotes and track opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
  • Propose pricing and payment options within policy.
  • Liaise between customers, vendors, and GuidePoint outside sales.
  • Build product/industry knowledge and vendor relationships.
  • Perform pipeline analysis and forecast accuracy reviews.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
  • 3+ years in customer service/sales support; IT background preferred.
  • CRM software experience; Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Intermediate MS Office and Internet navigation.
  • Technical sales/support and outbound calling experience.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities.
