📋 Description

• You train sales teams to maximize rental sales and service opportunities
• You coach branch managers on training rental agents in sales and goals
• You conduct coaching evaluations with data-driven insights for leaders
• You review progress with branch/regional managers and provide detailed reporting
• You analyze data using AI tools and intermediate Excel to tailor reports
• You travel extensively within your patch with minimal overnight stays

🎯 Requirements

• Min 3 years in customer service or sales, with sales quotas or commissions
• Ability to translate data into actions that improve performance
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned patch
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with multi-task capability
