📋 Description

• Define Alan's business plan in collaboration with senior business leaders
• Frame business and resource allocation decisions
• Propose quarterly adjustments to the business plan and support Board preparation
• Translate the business plan into actionable sales & account management objectives
• Build and improve infrastructure to track targets (dashboards, models) with the data team
• Lead or support strategic explorations to frame strategic decisions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business strategy, sales strategy & operations, revenue
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to deal with ambiguity
• Deep analytical rigor
• Great Excel skills and moderate SQL knowledge
• Experience with AI tools and building moderate to complex flows
• Business sense, at ease with B2B operational and financial metrics
