Sales Planning & Strategy

📋 Description

• Work closely with senior business leaders to define Alan’s business plan
• Frame business and resource allocation decisions (e.g., where to accelerate/slow down in terms of
• Propose adjustments to the plan on a quarterly basis and support Board preparation
• Translate the plan into actionable sales & Account Management objectives, ensuring quality
• Build & improve the infrastructure to track targets (dashboard, models) hand in hand with the
• Lead or support strategic explorations (e.g., new segment, new distribution models) to frame

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business strategy, sales strategy & operations, revenue
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and bring structure
• Deep analytical rigour, bringing clarity on complex topics through insights
• Great Excel skills and moderate SQL knowledge
• Experience with AI tools and building moderate to complex flows
• Ability to handle workload & short turnaround time with adaptability
