📋 Description

• Define an ambitious strategy to achieve business objectives and translate into an actionable plan
• Monitor and explain performance towards business objectives
• Enable Sales and Account Management teams to achieve objectives and become effective commercial
• Work closely with senior business leaders to define Alan's business plan
• Frame business and resource allocation decisions
• Propose adjustments to the plan on a quarterly basis and support Board preparation

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business strategy, sales strategy & ops, revenue operations
• Or experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity
• Deep analytical rigor
• Great Excel skills and moderate SQL knowledge
