Sales Project Management Intern

📋 Description

• Coordinate revenue-driving projects across the Inside and Field National sales teams, tracking
• Collaborate across sales teams, serving as a reliable point of contact who keeps Inside and Field
• Partner across internal departments to remove roadblocks and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Support work spanning multiple verticals, adapting to the unique needs and stakeholders of each
• Maintain project trackers and dashboards, providing clear status updates and surfacing risks early
• Prepare reporting and summaries for the Senior Director of National Sales to inform decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working with people across teams and
• A collaborative, proactive mindset — you enjoy connecting dots and bringing people together
• Comfort with tools such as MS Office suite, project management software, and presentation tools
• Curiosity about sales, retail, eCommerce, and the art/creative space is a plus
