• Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
• Source a large pipeline of high quality candidates across 3-4 priority roles
• Attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Vet, screen, and manage interviewing from start to finish
• Lead compensation conversations and negotiation
• Track recruiting metrics to improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience hiring account and customer success managers
• Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and able to navigate ambiguity
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking
