📋 Description

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates for all Sales roles, partnering
• Proactively source, identify and engage top-performing talent across global markets.
• Conduct thorough candidate outreach and screening across multiple channels, effectively
• Design and coordinate customized interview processes that align with Toptal’s high hiring bar and
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through each stage of the
• Communicate effectively and consistently with internal teams via Slack and Zoom.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of proven success in recruitment, with at least part of that experience in-house.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring high-performing
• Experience recruiting from professional services environments, particularly candidates with a track
• Experience hiring for roles that require P&L ownership and a strong understanding of business
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers to strategically guide them through the end-to-end
