📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple sales and business-critical GTM roles, from intake through
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role priorities, calibrate candidate profiles

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4+ years of recruiting experience, including in-house recruiting within a technology or
• Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting and closing passive candidates across sales, specifically
• Experience advising hiring managers and senior leaders on market conditions, search strategy
• Strong command of recruiting metrics, ATS data hygiene, and using insights to guide decisions.
