Sales Representative (Area Account Manager)

📋 Description

• Based in Northern California: San Francisco, Oakland, or San Jose.
• Translate training into sales of Brainlab surgery portfolio (Neuro, Spine, ENT, CMF, iOR).
• Develop strategies for existing/potential accounts within territory.
• Generate and maintain a complete customer database for territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle: presentation, evaluation, contract negotiation, close, delivery
• Prepare tender documents (quotes, technical Q&A).

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must be a road warrior, willing to travel constantly.
• Track record as a top-tier sales rep; experience with capital equipment or neurosurgery setting.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy and medical terminology a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Experience communicating with surgeons; understand hospital hierarchy and sales cycles.
