📋 Description

• Act as subject matter expert for Treace medical products and procedures, instilling confidence in
• Develop new customers through prospecting and follow-up on company-generated leads.
• Provide feedback to marketing team on product design to improve performance and customer
• Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons (didactic and cadaveric).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel to support selling, market
• Support surgeons in emergency/operating room environments for successful patient outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 2 years successful field sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time and overnight travel up to 20% of the time.
• Willingness to complete and maintain hospital credentialing requirements.
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance policy.
