Sales Representative - Kansas City

📋 Description

• Become subject matter expert in Treace Medical's products and procedures
• Support surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Build and maintain new customer relationships, drive conversion
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance product design and satisfaction
• Plan and execute product training for surgeons (didactic and cadaveric)
• Maintain strong links with key accounts for sales and service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of field sales experience
• Ability to travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments
• Hospital credentialing readiness and emergency support capability
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
