📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end sales process across assigned accounts, ensuring sales targets, revenue
• Develop and implement account strategies to grow profitable business, strengthen customer
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities by introducing innovative products
• Manage designated customer accounts and develop long-term commercial partnerships based on trust
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of paper manufacturing facilities
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers by identifying opportunities to optimize

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Paper Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a
• At least 5 years of experience in the paper manufacturing industry, preferably in technical sales
• Demonstrated success in developing profitable customer relationships, growing sales portfolios, and
• Experience developing and executing strategic account plans, key account management strategies, and
• Proven ability to establish trust-based relationships with key buyers, technical stakeholders, and
• Strong understanding of paper manufacturing processes and the chemical applications used throughout
