📋 Description

• Deliver Impact: Become a subject matter expert in Treace products; support surgeons and OR teams.
• Strategize for Growth: Build and maintain new customer relationships; follow up on leads; drive conversions.
• Provide Feedback to Innovate: Collaborate with marketing to improve product design and user satisfaction.
• Train for Excellence: Plan and deliver product training for surgeons (didactic and hands-on).
• Foster Relationships: Maintain links with key accounts to grow sales and ensure service.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years field sales experience.
• Travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness; able to manage emergency support scenarios.
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
