📋 Description

• Cultivate sales leads via phone, email, website, and events.
• Schedule home site visits with prospects.
• Explain the sales remodel process to prospects.
• Design remodels with clients using provided tools.
• Present pricing, specifications, and contracts to clients.
• Attend Pre-Construction meetings for all remodels.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred.
• Experience with CRM programs, Builder Trend preferred.
• Previous experience with residential construction.
